Objectives
- To promote the related screen printing industry.
- To support and facilitate members in solving business issues, including external negotiations, in order to maintain enterprise’s outlook of screen printing both domestic and international of the financial or economic aspects.
- To harmonize coordination and share opinions among members toward knowledge, business information and research finding of screen printing and others.
- Statistic recording or any revealable information under member’s allowances.
- To promote quality standard of screen printing both producers and sellers, conduct research for production improvement.
- To coordinate with the government sector to maintain good standard regarding government’s policy.
- To promote the screen printing’s production capacity to adequacy meet domestic and international demand.
- To negotiate and set regulations or ground rules for members in doing enterprises regulary.
- To promote health, sports and entertainment’s activities for occasionally meeting.
- To compromise arguments among members or to external parties in doing a good manner business.
- To support member’s welfare that allowable.
- No under- behalf of political interests or supportive hidden.

History
In 1978 the Sign board and Screen printing association was founded its business. 14 years after they had proposaled to organized the Thai Screen Printing Association emphasizing Thai Screen Printing industry, thus on April 28, 1992 during annual meeting they launched the agenda to separate the sign board and screen printing, the committee agreed to revised some regulations and renamed toThe Advertising Sign Producer Association. The then 3 master mind; Mr. Schwan Sotthitiwong, Mr. Chaiyaboon Kulsiriswas, Mr. Yongyud Tangsitpiyanont established this association and submit to The Department Of Business Development for registration under The Thai Screen Printing Association name, by the document number 11/2535 sign on October 9, 1992, located 43 Suwansawas Lane, Rama IV Rd, Toongmakamek, Sathon, Bkk. There were some revisions and re-located to 46/91 Moo 12, Nuanchan, Klongkum, BKK 10230 and renamed to The Thai Screen Printing & Graphic Imaging Association – TSGA and being approved registration by the department.
Past Performances
To response to the target’s need of association’s vision to raise Thai Screen Printing Standard internationally. The association divides all 17 projects to 4 groups.

17. Export promotion / AFTA - FTA
Any project adapted along target group’s changes and responses to situation and status of Thai Screen Printing industry, that changed from printing technology and caused Thai entrepreneurs to re-organized to the print provider by integrating technologies : screen, offset, Pad and ink jet or SOPI in short and the multi – services screen printing. To support government policy to promote Fashion, Foods, Tourism, Automotive, Software which the screen printing members have much been involved.
After 1992 to 1993, the association was help establishing Thai Printing Federation that consisted of the publishers and booksellers of Thailand, corrugated packaging association, Thai color separated association for Thai Printing Industry, Thai Electronic Publish Club, Thailand association for printing Technology promotion were joined to founded the ASGA (Asia Screen Printing & Graphic Image Association) whose members were from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Thai, Philippines, Australia, Indonesia.
The association was coordinated with 2 organization to spread the Thai Screen Printing’s potential on continuum basis.
2005, the member won the golden award of ASGA and the association was invited to be a FESPA (Federation of European Screen Printers Association) ‘s member. FEDDA was 44 years established and currently has 27 countries member. As a member of FEDDA, it has raised the association’s images to be recognized internationally. The honorary awards from The Commerce Department is the answer why it is well – known among 600 local commercial members and increase more activities with the department.
Next steps of The Thai Screening exhibition, on regional scale, is to join with FEAPA during November 27 – 30, 2008 at BITEC. Those will contribute much benefit to Thailand. The following step is to coordinating the Commerce Department in developing OTOP network related to local screen printing, that followed the sixth master plan of cluster development gather other 18 screen printing products in developing association’s status : process, product, productivities, cost cutting. That will lead to The Screen Valley of this region.
