Background  & History of The Thai Printing Federation

The  Thai  Printing  Federation  has  been  emerged  by  the  needs  of  several  organization’s  member  of  printing  industry, in  order  to  facilitate  and  solve  problems  of   the  government  sector  and  the  private  sector  which  mostly  overlapped  over  time.  

Usually  the  government  is  willing  to  attends  those  issues  thorough  The  Federation of  Thai Industries,  therefore  each  association’s  member  agree  to  coordinate  for  the  integrity  and to raise  their  problems  through  the  printing  industry  cluster  that  is  currently    act  as  the  Machine head.  Besides,  there  was  an  attemption  for  the  ASEAN  and  ASIAN  industry  integration,  thus by the printing  and  publishing  should  be  included  in  the  regional  network  also.  Printing  industry’s  branch  was  then  played  the  country  printing  leading  hub’s  roles  to  join  the  Printing  and  Publishing  Club.  As  mentioned,  couples  with  printing  entrepreneur’s  needs  to  pack  their  team  in  solving  member’s  problem, the roadmap  of    textiles  industry  of  The  Federation of  Thai Industries  has  been  studied  to  adapted  some  structure that suitable  for  printing  working  scheme.  On  January  7,  1993,  they  founded  the  Thai  Printing  Association  as  the  center  of  those  7  concerned  groups.  By  this  agreement    each  association  act  as  Vice  Chairman  to  assign  the  well –organized  delegations.  Chairman  has  one  year  term  and  rotate  to  other  group’s  Vice  Chairman.  January  7,  1993  the  established  day,  Vice  Chairman,  committee  Director  were  invited  to  agree  the  corroborative  statement  of  the  drawn – entrusted  to  undertake  the  Chairmen  commitment,  one  year  term  from  January,  to  December  31.  This  event  was  favored  by  Mr.Aram  Amorndit  to  arrange  a  treaty  at  The  House  of  The  Parliament.                

The  Objective

1. To  preserve  the  common  interest  of  member  professional  that  justifying  business  practices.
2. To  be  an  authorization  to  make  the  settlement   with  the  government  and  country’s  organization  regarding  any  involvement  that  effects  printing  industry  and  relevant  industry.
3. To  be  promptly  coordinate the operation  that  solve  any  problem  concerning  printing  industry  and  relevant  industry  in  Taxes,  Human  Resources,  Technology  transferred,  etc.
4. To  support  the  printing  industry  and  relevant  industry’s  career  both  practicing  and  academy.
5. To  assist  member’s  problems  concerning  the  printing  industry  and  relevant  industry  operations.
